Zermatt to Turin

Yesterday's travelling was a demonstration of contrast. We started off from Zermatt by train and coach, through the Simplon tunnel, through fantastic mountainous passes and finally onto the enormous plains of northern Italy. Arriving at the splendid Torino Porto Nuova railway station.

A short walk later and we were in our central apartment. Today we explore Turin.

Eating in for once!
